Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Freeze N Fry mobile app collects, why, and
what you can do about it. It applies to the app published as
com.freezenfry.freeze_n_fry.
What we collect
- Your phone number — used to sign you in. We verify it by SMS one-time password.
- Your name — shown on your orders so our kitchen and delivery staff know who they are serving.
- Delivery addresses — the addresses you save, including any landmark and receiver phone number you enter, so we can deliver to you.
- Order history — what you ordered, when, the amount, and its delivery status.
- Payment records — the amount, method, and whether it succeeded. Card and UPI credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers or this app.
- Reviews you write — your rating, comment, and the name shown alongside them.
- A device notification token — so we can tell you when your order status changes.
What we do not collect
The app does not request your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Who else sees it
- Google Firebase — hosts our authentication, database, and push notifications.
- Razorpay — processes online payments and receives the amount and your contact details in order to do so.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account details are kept while your account exists. Order and payment records are kept afterwards as business and tax records, with identifying details removed — see below.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in either of two ways.
In the app: open Profile › Delete Account and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
Without the app: email support@freezenfry.com from the address associated with your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98849 31717, including the phone number you signed up with. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your sign-in account and phone number;
- your saved delivery addresses;
- your reviews;
- your notification settings and payment preferences;
- your stored notifications and device notification tokens.
Past orders are not deleted. We are required to keep sales and payment records for accounting and tax purposes. Those records are stripped of your name, phone number, and delivery address at the moment you delete your account, so what remains cannot be traced back to you.
Children
The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
